Final Dash Results will be announced at the Epic Award Party where the fastest Dashers are presented with CASH and PRIZES. Everyone who completes all three stags will receive an Epic Dash T-Shirt and can win CASH for their division by having the Fastest Total Dash Time, the Fastest Combined Team Time, the # of new dasher referrals made, or by producing the Best Video Edit of their EPIC EXPERIENCE. The fastest Dashers will also receive prizes from our sponsors!

Cash Prizes

DASHING
1. A Registered Dasher has signed up, selected a division, submitted a signed Liability Waiver, and is over 18 years old.
2. The DASH GUIDE will not be sent until a signed Liability Waiver has been received.
3. Each Stage must be recorded with a VIDEO CAMERA from start to finish, CONTINOUSLY with NO EDITS or breaks in the video.
4. The instructions for each stage must be followed exactly for a valid DASH TIME.
5. Video of each stage will determine the dashers OFFICIAL TIMES.

PLACING
1. The combined times from each stage equal total dash time. The correct route and timing of top 10 Dashers are verified by video evidence and tested for integrity.
2. The times for Epic vs. Adventure Division are separate contests.
3. Any altered video submitted for dash time verification will result in immediate disqualification. All attempts of cheating will be detected!
4. The top three Epic Experience Videos will be selected by positive social media response and Epic Dash LLC Management. The final video edit winners will be determined by crowd response at the Epic Award Ceremony.

TEAMS
1. A team must consist of four Registered Dashers in the same Division.
2. One video camera may be shared if all tem members are visible in video verification.
3. The combination of all team member's Dash Times equals the total Team Time.

REFERALS
1. You must be a Registered Dasher to earn cash for referrals.
2. Referrals must enter the First and Last name of the referee when signing up.
3. No limit to how many Dashers you can refer or how much cash you can earn!
4. All Referrals must be New Dashers and cannot already be registered.

PAYOUT
1. Earned Cash is only paid at the Epic Award Ceremony, if all stages are complete, and if there is no grounds for disqualification.
2. You or a designated agent must be present to collect your cash. If unable to attend you must notify Epic Dash LLC and name your agent beforehand.
